This policy lists every cookie byondheroic.com sets today, what each one does and how long it stays on your device. Right now that list is short: only cookies strictly necessary to run the site securely. We also tell you what we plan to add, and how consent will work when we do. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
01What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device so it can recognise your browser on a later visit. Related technologies do the same job by different means: local storage keeps data in the browser, pixels and tags are tiny pieces of code that report an event, and device fingerprinting infers an identifier from your browser configuration. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
First party cookies are set by byondheroic.com. Third party cookies are set by a service we use, such as our analytics or payments provider. Session cookies disappear when you close the browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.
02How we ask for consent
Right now this site sets only strictly necessary cookies. Those keep the site secure and working, they do not track you, and under both EU and US law they do not require consent. That is why you will not see a cookie banner today: there is nothing optional to ask you about.
When we add analytics or booking tools, the banner built into this site activates automatically and the rules below apply.
- Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is set. Nothing runs until you choose.
- Visitors from elsewhere may have analytics cookies set by default, and can opt out at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer or through their browser.
- Global Privacy Control signals are processed as opt-out requests where required by applicable law and supported by our consent-management technology. If your browser sends one, nothing non-essential runs and you are never shown a banner.

That is the complete list. This site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising or retargeting cookies, and no third party tracking of any kind. Webfonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to Google or anyone else. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag and no advertising network on byondheroic.com.
04Cookies we plan to add
We are listing these in advance so you know what is coming. None of them is active yet. Before any of them runs, this policy will be updated with the specific cookie names and durations, and visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent first.

Booking happens off this site. After purchasing the Audit you are sent to a Google Calendar appointment booking page. That page is hosted by Google, not by us, and any cookies it sets are governed by Google's own policies. It sets nothing on byondheroic.com.
We have no plans to add advertising or retargeting cookies to this site. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before it happens and consent will be requested.
05How to control cookies
On this site
The Cookie settings link in the footer of any page opens the preferences panel. While the site sets only strictly necessary cookies there is nothing to switch off there, so the panel will tell you so. Once optional cookies exist, that same link is where you accept, decline or change your mind at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and deletes the analytics cookies already on your device. To request deletion of data already collected, see our Privacy Policy.
In your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site, including checkout.
Opting out of Google Analytics everywhere
Google publishes a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics across all sites you visit: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

07Changes to this policy
We review this policy whenever we add or remove a tool that sets cookies, and at least once a year. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes affecting the EEA or the UK will trigger a fresh consent request.
